The Workforce Development Program is dedicated to helping individuals facing barriers to employment, such as a history of incarceration or extended absence from the workforce, build the skills and experience needed to secure and sustain gainful employment. The program pairs paid part-time work with paid classroom instruction and dedicated one-on-one mentorship.
