Angelica Lopez
Vice Mayor

Up for election Nov 2026A family law attorney and lifelong Pittsburg resident; the first Chicana elected to the Council, in 2022. Serves on the Tenant Protections and Public Safety subcommittees.
Jelani Killings
Council Member
Term: 2024–2028
A Pittsburg native with a Master's in Public Administration. Serves on the Delta Diablo Board and the Data Center and Hydrogen Subcommittee.
Juan Antonio Banales
Council Member
Term: 2024–2028
Raised in Pittsburg and educated at UC Berkeley (engineering and an MBA). Serves on the East County Water Management Board and the Infrastructure and Transportation Subcommittee.
Arlene Kobata
Council Member
Term: 2025–2026
Up for election Nov 2026A Pittsburg resident since 1988, appointed to the Council in 2025. Serves on the MCE Clean Energy Board and the Infrastructure and Transportation Subcommittee.
